Biodesix

Biodesix is developing clinically reliable methods for the early detection, diagnosis, therapeutic guidance, and monitoring in cancer and degenerative diseases. The ProTS platform is used to rapidly discover novel diagnostics, which enable the right treatment, for the right disease, at the right time. Biodesix works with leading researchers and scientists to rapidly analyze clinical samples using its proprietary, patented, and state-of-the-art tools to find classifiers that distinguish various disease or patient states from those of the healthy population. From these classifiers come clinically useful diagnostic products as well as potentially interesting biomarkers for use by researchers and pharmaceutical companies.
